Pets' Christmas

Bodhi, with the bone from his Auntie Karen in NC

CC, with her favorite part of Christmas - the boxes and bows!

To prevent a war, we got identical presents for the dogs - a big liver-flavored Nylabone and a Santa bobo! This is the two of them sharing the dog bed and enjoying what Santa brought!

Peace - D

I will have to send you (or post) a picture of our new dog. He's mostly Pug but has something else in him. After that first shot of yours, I'm convinced . . .

He's got an identical snaggle tooth . . .

Funny!

Well the pet's Christmas seemed to go down very well! Everyone satisfied and happily munching their bones LOL

Hope you all had a good time too and that the new year will be kind to you and yours. X

I love the picture of the two of them side by side with the same amount of bone in mouths.

When we had our beloved Guinness we always bought him a Christmas doggy stocking full of snacks, doggy chocs and a squeaky toy. I always wrapped it in christmas paper which the boys helped him to rip off! :)

Brian - Did you know that the modern English Bulldog is said to be the result of an earlier cross between the old-style bulldog and a pug? That gave the bulldog his shorter, stockier body and shortened the snout. So our babies are related somewhat. Can't wait to see a picture of yours!

NATUI - Oh yeah, Santa was good to us. I'll be in touch!

Maggie - I'll try to post some pictures of our Christmas, as well, though I didn't take as many pics of us. :-) We had a great Christmas.

Moannie - They are such goofs! Bodhi wants to do everything Lily does.

Akela - Dogs are really just like little kids on Christmas. I'll have to tell the story of our dog Nikki, and the Christmas we forgot to put her stocking up!

Peace - D

Awesome photos, hon! You buying the dogs the same toys reminds me of buying my twins the same toys. Cuts down on the fighting! I always remember my mom buying our cat a catnip toy and burying it under the packages on Christmas morning. We all got a kick out of watching her lose her mind while digging for it. CAT TORTURE!

Thanks for the pics, hon! Glad you and the sweeties had a great holiday!

Hi Doris,
Wonderful photos!
I didn't realise that you had 2 Bulldogs! I thought it was a mirror at first glance and I had to look at the photos again! :)
Such beautiful babies! I bet they bring lots of joy and mischief too! hehe

and my babies are the same - I have to give them both the exact same treat at the very same time or else there are big fights of jealousy! It's remarkable how they are so much like children eh?!! X

Aw sweet pups .. I do think however that they both look a lot like Winston Churchill .. especially with the 'cigars'!
