Doris----

You have been through so much pain and loss. I hope that the following days and years bring you an equal amount of joy and FUN with a light heart and sweet memories.

It is hell to lose a loved one; I know.

That was great, Doris, to hear your voice and to see & hear that you are doing so well.
I never thought for a minute that you were shutting your son out.
No mum can compare the love she has for a daughter or a son. Both are equally special.
I'm glad you have found answers to some of the questions. It was certainly none of it your fault. Every one has a choice to make in their own life. Sad, but true.
God Bless Take care X

Doris it is so good to know that you are doing ok and working through it with your family and close ones. Shaun (spelling? Sean?) is a great son. He sounds like my son.

Take care of yourself. Take your time. Apologise to no one. You are doing just fine. ((((Doris)))))

Doris, this was the first video I was able to open and it actually worked. I think I knew how your voice would sound before you even spoke. How strange is that. Doris, I don't know what to say, I am glad you made this video to share with us. How difficult Mother's Day was for you, I can't fathom. You are so fortunate to have your son, and he so obviously cherishes you. I really like what he wrote in the card. I hope that closeness allows you all to cope from this terrible terrible loss you have all suffered. Dear Riverpoet, you are living through every mother's worst nightmare, and I am grateful that you have loved ones surrounding you to help you through this awful time. As well as what you've learned in thanatology. The Greek word for death is "thanatos" by the way.

Doris, you are going to be OK. Thank you for reassuring us of that. And thanks for sharing that great card from Sean.

I'm glad you had a sweet Mother's Day with your boy and your family. Stephanie would be glad about that.

How lovely to have a physical voice to connect with the written voice of Doris.

This was nice, Doris. Nice to see you in a moment of strength and resolve. You will be all right, but still . . .

You are a survivor! To survive implies feeling pain . . . You've got a loving family and friends.

I'll keep in touch.

Hi Doris. Popping by to say hi, and to let you know that as I lay in bed the other night, before drifting off to sleep, I thought of you and your daughter again, and sent up a little prayer for the comforting and solace which you must sorely need at this time, as the reality of her passing slowly sinks in. So, just to say, thinking of you...

Hey, hon.

I'm glad you're doing OK. I saw on Twitter that you had a good time on your vacation and I'm so very happy for that. I know you'll be fine with rough patches from time to time. That's what grief is all about.

Thinking about you.
